Closing out NoirLace's NYFW wrap-up, it's your favorite new designer--Alexander Wang. For spring 2010, Wang continued in the tradition of fabric juxtaposition. Clearly, he has an affinity for leather. I love the belted sweatshirt w/ lambskin detail. Also, the quilted shorts are remarkable! Wang is definitely headed to top in fashion. Love it! 
This year's most-coveted bag is now available in a new color. Check out the Alexander Wang Coco Duffel bag ($850 via www.shopbop.com). This is a dope, new version of the bag I've been stalking, lol! I love the denim-like leather! Also, the silver studded-detail is uber-fresh! I still prefer the noir version but, this is fly nonetheless. Love it!
Alexander Wang is building a vast empire. In addition to apparel & accessories, Wang's venturing into the world of sunglasses. The fashion phenom has teamed up w/eyewear giant Linda Farrow, to produce a collection. The shades will premiere @ Wang's upcoming spring/summer 2010 show (during New York Fashion Week). The above photo is a sample from the collection. They're cute but a bit too avant-garde for my taste. Can't wait to see the rest of the collection.

I wonder if they'll have some of the famed & sold-out coco duffel bags available. A girl can only wish!
Rihanna is always ahead of the fashion game. Check her out rockin' a bag from Alexander Wang's new accessories line. Debuting in the fall, Ri Ri has already copped a piece. Wang just released photos of the line via Facebook two weeks ago (previously posted on NoirLace). Shout-out to Ri-Ri's stylist for being on her ish. Work!

And with the addition of his new accessories collection, more fashionistas can indulge. Check out my favorite picks from the upcoming fall '09 line. I'm sooooo feeling the colors and the supple leather. The cocoa duffle bag and the leather vest is complete insanity. I admire his ability to mix opulence with edge. I can't wait for this release. Love it!
Dawn killed it at the "Harlem Heights" premiere in NYC. She's seen here (w/ boo Q of Day 26) rockin' the Alexander Wang cut out sweater. I think she might have effed it up w/ the undershirt. Overall, it was a good look. And of course we heart Mr. Wang.
