Love it or hate it, Rihanna's style is cutting-edge. Check her out looking uber-chic @ the VEVO event in NYC. She paired this fierce Alexandre Vautier suit w/ a slick gold obi belt. Also, her Blondes X Christian Louboutin spike heels are killer! Rih Rih definitely deserves an 'Honorable Mention' for this luxe look. Work!

Rihanna is giving the fashion & music industry fever. Check her out, being honored at Glamour's Women of the Year Awards. The emerging stylicon (or style icon) wore this intricate gown by Stephane Rolland. Clearly, her stylist (Mariel Haenn) is up on the hottest designers. Rolland was named an official Parisian Haute Couture member earlier this year. I love it! Two dope artists commencing to create fashion magic. Work!

Kerry Washington has been emerging as quite the fashionista lately. Check her out at an NYC event rockin' Marchesa. From head to toe the actress has been styled to perfection. I couldn't have styled it better myself, lol! Work!

Rihanna always gives the kids fashion fever. Check her out looking fierce in NYC, enjoying "Fashion's Night Out" festivities. Clearly, her stylist knows nothing is sexier than noir. The addition of the rouge lip, totally sets the ensemble off! Work!

Honorable Mention: Lady Gaga

Say what you will regarding Lady Gaga but, she always serves-up the fashion. Check her out on the streets, rockin' noir leather. Stylistically speaking, this look is genius! The classic houndstooth scarf & pencil skirt, compliment the avant-gardish cone bra (an ode to Madonna). Also, the studded, oversized YSL bag is amazing!!! Clearly, her stylist reads NoirLace, lol! Work!

Honorable Mention: Angelina Jolie

Angelina Jolie always serves up fashion a la mode. Check her out @ the premiere of Inglourious Basterds rocking Michael Kors. The noir leather strapless dress fits her perfectly. And Christian Dior gladiator sandals were an excellent compliment. This look was fierce, polished & sexy. I couldn't have styled it better myself. Work!

This is the look Rihanna was going for, when she showed up @ the Costume Institute Gala looking foolish. Check out actress Diane Kruger @ a movie premiere in Australia, rocking Chanel. She made androgyny look soooo chic! The peep-toe Christian Louboutin sandals were a perfect compliment. The fit is amazing! I couldn't have styled it better, myself. Work!

Eff what you heard! Beyonce' has been stepping-up her fashion game lately. Check her out @ a charity event in Chicago. She's rockin' this insanely-fresh khaki ensemble. Normally, harem pants aren't a good look for "hippy" chicks but, The Big Bey pulls 'em off w/ her svelte figure. Also, the intricately-embellished belt is a great addition. The Killer Bey strikes again! Work!

This is how you dress to a white party. Check out model Amber Rose (Kanye's chick), last night, @ Diddy's White Party in Beverly Hills. It sooooo easy to find a pretty white dress. Therefore, I appreciate her effort to rock separates. The halter top is super-fresh and the skinny jeans were a proper set-off. Work!

Rihanna is emerging as a major fashion icon. Every other day she's spotted out in the latest, cutting-edge fashion. Check her out going to dinner rockin' this fierce noir & white ensemble. The Love/Hate chain shades are soooo chic ($250 via www.patriciafield.com)! Also, the white blazer fits like a dream. I totally appreciate her effort keep it fly. Work!

Here @ NoirLace, its my duty to salute fashion & beauty. And Sanaa Lathan is flawless! Check her out rockin' Herve' Leger @ the BET Awards show post-party. I'm heart the noir dress w/ the gold platform sandals. The hair is working! She looks effortlessly fly (and styled by The Doll :-) Work!

If you were unaware, Lil' Kim is a fashion icon. And apparently the make-up artists @ Dior Beauty recognize the Queen. Check her out in Santa Monica, yesterday, @ Dior Beauty's luncheon. She was looking tooo fierce in all noir (notice the lace, lol!). I love the Gucci clutch and sandals. Big mama always gives you fashion. Work!

Rihanna is becoming more fierce by the day. Talking about stepping up your game. She was spotted this weekend shopping @ Intermix in Soho. The trench/dress is fabulous w/ the noir boots. Also, I'm lusting over the alligator necklace (that ish is sick!). Ri Ri is killing the game right now. Ciara take notes! Work!

Honorable Mention: Teairra Mari

Obviously, Teairra Mari (or her stylist) is a fan of NoirLace. Check her out @ an event in L.A. rockin' this "Doll" approved get-up. She looks sooooo chic in this white short suit, Stephen Sprouse X Louis Vuitton bracelets, neon Christian Louboutins, and oversized LV clutch. Even the china doll hair option (wig), is working. This look is opulent & decadent. She gets a "love it" and a "work"!

Honorable Mention: Zac Posen & Coco Rocha

Decadent designer, Zac Posen, was spotted at the New Yorker's for Children A Fool's Fete event. Posen showed up & out w/ muse model, Coco Rocha. The pair look flawlessly fabulous, in designs by ZP. I love the black & white palette against the red carpet. Also, Rocha's flaming hair served as a great compliment. Work!

Honorable Mention: Victoria Beckham

There are very few that can take runway to the streets (appropriately, that is). Fashion icon, Victoria Beckham, is at the top of that truncated list. She's seen here, in Milan, rockin' Balmain. One must be a beast---to pull-off those shoulders. And VB worked that ish. Also, notice the Hermes Birkin bag. Love it!

Former Destiny's Child member, Letoya Luckett, looked fierce @ a photo shoot for her upcoming album. As you know, I heart noir! And Lady Luck is killin' it w/ the Louis Vuitton legwear. Love it!
