As I forewarned, there were some major misses @ last night's Costume Institute Gala. Apparently some mis-guided attendees thought they were invited to a real "costume party". "The Model as Muse" is the theme of this year's Costume Institute Gala. The event, taking place Monday, is being hosted by designer Marc Jacobs and model Kate Moss.
