Rihanna for Italian Vogue
Honorable Mention: Lady Gaga
Say what you will regarding Lady Gaga but, she always serves-up the fashion. Check her out on the streets, rockin' noir leather. Stylistically speaking, this look is genius! The classic houndstooth scarf & pencil skirt, compliment the avant-gardish cone bra (an ode to Madonna). Also, the studded, oversized YSL bag is amazing!!! Clearly, her stylist reads NoirLace, lol! Work!

Gryson for MCM
MCM is pumping some new blood into their line for Spring 2010. The luxurious European accessories giant has teamed up w/ designer Joy Gryson (of Target fame, etc...) to create a collection of handbags. Dubbed MCM New York, the line's price point will range from $695 to $2,800. Exclusively available @ Saks Fifth Avenue & MCM's NYC boutique, the bags have the formula for fabulous. If they're anything like the chained-snakeskin confection, being rocked by Coco Rocha in the above pic, this collaboration could be monumental. Can't wait!

Cassie for DimePiece Fall '09
Apparently, the visionaries of Dimepiece (www.dimepiecedesigns.com) share my artistic affection for Cassie. I wanted her as muse for my fall/winter shoot, unfortunately DP has a little more cake than The Doll, lol! Check her out the shining as the sole model for DimePiece's fall/winter '09 lookbook. Her edgy, soft look makes the subpar clothing look exceptional. Clearly, she should give up the studio for the runway. Work!
The Rachel Zoe Project

Christian Siriano X Payless Take 3
After months of anticipation, the Christian Siriano for Payless collection is now available. As I forewarned, the shoes are a much more "consumer-friendly" version of those featured in Siriano's fall/winter '09/'10 runway show. The footwear looks more like Payless cheap and less like Christian Siriano chic. Needless to say, I won't be buying. Hated it!
Rachel Zoe for QVC
If you watched the first season of "The Rachel Zoe Project", you'd know RZ is venturing into the world of accessories. Leighton Loves Louis
Gossip Girl's queen bee, Leighton Meester is fashion-forward both on & off camera. Check her out @ the Teen Choice Awards in Louis Vuitton Resort 2010. The red Brian Atwood platforms were the perfect set-off. Meester also wore a LV ensemble to this year's Costume Institute Gala. This look may have been a little too chic for the TCA's but, KUDOS for giving the kids fashion. Work!

Shoe of the Week
Ladies, as you know, sometimes we have to switch it up. Check out these haute, leopard-print flats by Jimmy Choo ($365 via www.saks.com). I love the bright yellow & noir color combination. Also, the metal plate adds flavor to the back. These are a great way to look stylish, while giving your feet a rest. Love 'em!

Current Obsession: Vintage Gucci
Recently, I've developed an obsession w/ vintage Gucci. I've been perusing eBay & came across these lovely accessories. The amazing horsebit, doorknockers earrings are currently bidding @ $8.60, the clutch @ $50 & the watch @ $41. Each auction has a couple days to go, so wish me luck. I'd love to add these dope pieces to my collection. Love 'em!
Bluefly.com Coupon Codes
As you know, bluefly.com is an amazing website. I've been visiting BF more, since the demise of my beloved eluxury.com :-( After spotting these shades (being rocked by Sheree from the Real Housewives of Atlanta), I had to have them. I found them on sale @ bluefly.com. They retailed for $225, but w/ BF's 40%-50% off sunglasses sale & some saavy coupon code searching I copped them for $122.95 (including shipping). Of course, I'm compelled to share the codes w/ NoirLace readers. First time purchasers receive $20 off a purchase over $100 w/ code CWINNER20 or $30 off a purchase over $150 w/ code CWINNER30. Enjoy!
