I should have known Rihanna would be the first stylista/starlet to rock these babies. Check her out in Berlin, rockin' the Christian Louboutin "Let Me Tell You" ankle boots (former NoirLace 'Shoe of the Week'). Pairing it w/ a spiked denim jacket by Blessed & Cursed and an lbd, she's looks super-fresh. This fashion plate rarely disappoints. Work!
